If you have a bulging disc, herniated disc, sciatica, spinal decompression is a great option, I know because I have two herniated discs, and arthritis in my lower back and spinal decompression helps! SD is a conservative treatment for people considering back or neck surgery.

In difficult cases i.e. patients with spinal stenosis (a narrowing of the spinal canal) have also received significant spinal relief from SD. SD creates negative pressures in the discs. This helps to take pressure off the nerves, but also helps to reposition the bulging discs and pull extruded disc material away from the nerve.

White House Chiropractic offers spinal decompression treatments. Each treatment lasts about 17 minutes. SD is tailored to meet the individual needs of the patient. The treatments are not painful and cost only 25 per session.

You are not a candidate for SD if you have surgical devices (fusion cages or rods) in your spine, pregnant, have had a recent vertebral fracture, spinal infection, or have pelvic or abdominal cancer.

If you have chronic or severe back pain caused by bulging, or herniated discs, spinal arthritis, failed back surgery syndrome, or are considering back surgery then SD is for you!

Sincerely Dr. B
