The length of your care depends on whether you want to simply get out of pain, or get out of pain and prevent future problems.

Generally speaking visits are more frequent at the beginning, and will taper off as you make progress. Our goal is always to reduce your need for repeated chiropractic visits. And we do this by including nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle coaching.

As long as you are interested in maintaining the health and flexibility of your muscle and skeletal systems, particularly in the spine, chiropractic adjustments will always be helpful. Just like other healthy choices, like eating right, and and exercising, chiropractic care is part of a lifestyle that encourages whole body wellness.
