I have suffered with reflux & bloating for years..  I have taken over the counter medication and medication prescribed by my doctor and still had problems..  I mentioned this to Dr. Banning and he recommended that I try organic apple cider vinegar & water before each meal and at bedtime..  Within a few days of starting this I noticed I had very little stomach pain from gas..  I have done this for over two months now and I don’t have the pain and bloating as before and I have regular bowel movements..  What I like most about my care is that it’s natural and easy to follow and I always feel better after my adjustments..  I would, and have highly recommended Dr. Banning..
